Hi, I’m Chelsea.
I’m a Physician Assistant with a background in endocrinology, but more importantly, I’m someone who has been through the infertility journey myself. When I was trying to conceive, I did everything I was told to do. I tracked my cycles, followed the advice, and kept hoping things would work.
But like so many women, I was left with more questions than answers. It was frustrating, confusing, and at times, incredibly discouraging.
Eventually, I was able to conceive. But it wasn’t until after that experience, through both my clinical work and a deeper understanding of metabolism and hormones, that I started to connect the dots.
I began to see how much blood sugar and insulin resistance can impact ovulation, hormone balance, and fertility. And I couldn’t help but think: “Why wasn’t this ever explained to me?” That realization changed everything.
I understand how overwhelming this journey can feel. My goal is to give women clear guidance, compassionate support, and practical tools that bring balance and confidence back into their bodies.
My approach is rooted in both clinical knowledge and lived experience.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans.
Instead, I focus on helping you understand your body, make realistic changes, and feel supported as you move forward.

Compassion, honesty, and empowerment guide everything I do. I believe women deserve support that meets them where they are, without judgment. My goal is to help you take small, meaningful steps that improve your blood sugar, hormones, and confidence in a way that feels realistic for your life. Education, encouragement, and kindness are at the heart of my work.
I’m not about quick fixes, guilt, or advice that adds pressure to an already emotional journey. I don’t believe in restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I focus on practical strategies that help you understand your body, support your hormones, and create healthy patterns that actually fit your real life. Your health should support your lifestyle, not take it over.
My mornings usually start with coffee and quiet time, then getting my two boys ready for the day. I make time for movement when I can, whether it’s a walk, a quick workout, or chasing my kids around the backyard. I value family dinners at the table. And I love winding down with a book before bed.
