Hi, I’m Chelsea. I’m a wife, a mom of two energetic boys, and a passionate Physician Assistant who has dedicated over a decade to helping people feel empowered in their health journey.
I’ve been a PA for 10 years, with more than 8 years specializing in endocrinology. I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), which allows me to combine medical expertise with compassionate coaching to help people truly understand their blood sugar and feel confident in their care.
My greatest passion is helping people navigate diabetes management in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. As a mom, I understand how busy life can be, and I know quick fixes don’t last. Instead, I focus on helping clients find strategies that fit their lifestyle and give them confidence in their choices.
I also believe in breaking the stigma around diabetes. Too often, people living with diabetes are made to feel ashamed or blamed. I want to shift that narrative by providing education, support, and encouragement. When you have the right tools and knowledge, you can take control of your health without guilt or confusion.
At the end of the day, this isn’t just about numbers. It’s about confidence, freedom, and living fully.
